Since he co-founded Garage, Bill has focused on early-stage information technology and materials science companies. He has been a board director or board observer at CaseStack, WhiteHat Security, ClearFuels Technology, Simply Hired, MiaSole, D.light Design, ThermoCeramix, and VisaNow, among others. Bill earned a B.A. at Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Based in Copenhagen, Lars has a corporate background in telecoms and management consulting, before becoming an entrepreneur founding, growing and selling two companies. In 2012, Lars co-founded Scale Capital, a Danish/Silicon Valley based venture fund investing in Danish tech startups with scaling potential in the United States. Lars holds a Master in Foreign trade from Copenhagen Business school and an MBA (Magna cum laude) from Babson College, MA


Rikard Östberg

Based in Stockholm. Started as an investment banker at HQ Bank (acquired by Carnegie) and Catella, but turned venture capitalist when he founded RP Ventures, a Swedish deep-tech fund where Rikard has served as GP for the last 11 years. Several board positions in tech companies and a long standing position on the board of the Swedish Private Equity & Venture Capital Association. Rikard is well connected to founders and other investors in the  Nordic region. Rikard holds a B.Sc. Finance & Business Administration from University of Lund, Sweden and master studies at University of Technology, Sydney
